CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (M/F/X)
To strengthen our team of dynamic listening ears, centipedes and punishing problem solvers, we are looking for a Customer Service agent (M/F/X)!

You can work independently but know how to ask questions at the right times. We can count on tasks being completed.
- Being fresh, fit and healthy

In this, you recognise yourself:
- You have at least a secondary degree;
- You come to the start with experience as a customer service representative or equivalent;
- You are brave, a go-getter who gives her/him best;
- You can empathise with customers and can look for a solution or answer from there;
- You get a good report from our clients for your approach and friendliness. Our customers feel your smile;
- You are a hard worker, accurate and write all information away in our systems properly and on time;
- You are a real team player because you know that together we are stronger;
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and French to sound our SipWell messages. Fluent English speaking and writing is a plus.
