We have more than 40,000 waterdispensers in the market. From large companies to small families, in short: 1/15 Belgians drink SipWell water. And that’s a big deal! We make it our vision to offer crystal clear water from our own sources to private individuals and companies. When we say that SipWell is a home-grown company, we also mean that literally. Our bottling installation is right above our sources, so we can guarantee tasty drinking water of the best quality.

We use 100% renewable electricity, recycle our bottles, coolers and caps and actively promote the preservation of our water sources.

Satisfied customers are our biggest priority. The customer for life mentality is embedded in our organization. Through careful monitoring we continuously optimize and improve each day to exceed expectations. We proactively seek for honest feedback through industry standard practices and recognized platforms, including NPS surveys, Google My Business and Trustpilot reviews. We have made a lot of investments in the past couple of years to be able to offer our customers better quality and service. That 98% of our water deliveries are on time is not a coincidence. An investment in Roadnet was one of those necessary optimizations. But that’s not all! For example, we also purchased a new telephone system so that our customers can be assisted immediately upon dial-in by the right department. Finally, this website has recently been redesigned with the addition of a fully automated customer platform.
