History

The first drops

SipWell was founded in 1993 and by that time we opened our plant in Puurs. Three years later we had a workforce of ten. In 1999 we launched our first automated production line, and since 2000 we have also been using our own water source in Puurs.

The five millionth bottle of SipWell water rolled off the production line in 2004 and three years later we moved the company to Londerzeel, celebrating employing our 50^th staff member in 2008.

The rapids

We won a WE award in both 2014 and in 2015, and we launched our B2C watercooler in that same year. Since 2017 we have also been running our very first Goodwill project!

The green wave

Meanwhile, we have more than 30,000 customers who enjoy our modern approach of making water consumption more accessible, both at work and at home. It not only encourages more water drinking, such a design water cooler is also an eye-catcher in any interior. Our recyclable bottles and contemporary designed dispensers bring together the best of both worlds. On top, we contribute to the environment without having to drag with bottles. Since we continuously optimize both our production and our service, we are allowed to call ourselves the Belgian market leader in bottled watercoolers.
